Responsibilities

• Represent landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing assignments
• Support investment sales and owner advisory engagements
• Prepare market surveys, underwriting, financial analysis, and pricing recommendations
• Assist with marketing campaigns, property tours, negotiations, and transaction management
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
