North Shore, Long Island based Boutique Real Estate Brokerage is seeking self motivated, outgoing individuals with strong people and problem-solving skills to join their Commerical firm. The company specializes in office and retail leasing as well as investment sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lease and sell investment properties
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Identify suitable on market and off market properties and secure tours with well-qualified motivated buyers and tenants.
• Prepare written purchase offers, lease proposals and negotiate the business terms to form the foundation for sale contracts and leases
• Review leases and contracts to ensure the agreed-upon business terms are accurately reflected
• Collaborate with industry professionals— such as landlords, tenants, attorneys, lenders, engineers, and contractors—to ensure smooth and successful transactions for your clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
