Are you a driven professional with a proven sales and business growth track record wanting to take your income to the next level with uncapped earning potential? Responsibilities
  1. Work with tenants and buyers in the healthcare/wellness sector
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of client prospects
  3. Assess properties and locations for suitability
  4. Advocate for healthcare providers’ best interests and work with key decision-makers
  5. Represent the company with an assigned market and operate out of a remote/home office
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of successful business expansion and client development
  2. Must have or secure a state real estate license
  3. Passion for excellence, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask
  4. Flexibility, creativity, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  5. Comfortable working in a 100% commission compensation structure
Compensation & Benefits
  1. 1099/Independent Contractor
  2. Average Earnings Potential: Year 2 $100K+ and Year 3 $200K+
