Zusammenfassung

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced engineer to lead and mentor project teams, develop calculation tools, and deliver energy-efficiency programs for large commercial and industrial facilities.

You will collaborate with industry partners, contribute to safety initiatives, and help advance energy codes and program requirements across our projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10+ years' experience.
• BS Engineering degree or graduate degree & combined experience.
• PE(US) - preferred; P.Eng (Can) - required.

• Lead industry organizations and present papers at conferences / committees.

• Prioritize safety in all actions and tasks.
• Lead complex technical work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify, lead, and qualify custom/measurement & verification projects.
• Lead development of calculation tools.
• Perform ASHRAE level II audits unassisted at large facilities.
• Review energy simulation files for compliance with codes and requirements.
• Author IPMVP compliant plans and reports.
• Provide QA/QC of engineering work products.

Job Description

Successful candidates are residents of Michigan.

5-10+ years' experience

BS Engineering degree or graduate degree & combined experience

PE(US) - preferred

P.Eng (Can) - required

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Become a recognized subject matter expert in at least one engineering technology
• Provide technical guidance and training to both technical and non-technical team members related to technologies & calculations
• Participate in industry organizations (present papers at conferences, member of a committee)
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Develop awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Prioritize safety in all actions and tasks
• Contribute to Engineering & Company-wide Safety Committees
• Lead important and complex technical work in our programs, independently and with minimal technical supervision. Examples include:
  • Identify, lead, and qualify custom/M&V projects (including evaluator interaction)
  • Lead development of calculation tools
  • Perform ASHRAE level II audits unassisted at large commercial and industrial facilities
  • Review energy simulation files for compliance with energy codes and program requirements
  • Author IPMVP compliant plans and reports
  • Provide QA/QC of engineering work products
  • Develop workpapers for new EE measures or approaches for delivery to clients/evaluators
