Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Assistant Property Manager for a Commercial Property in California. You will assist in all PM duties, supervise staff, coordinate leases, budgets, and tenant services to ensure cash flow and client satisfaction.

The role involves onsite management, vendor oversight, and regular reporting to senior staff. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CRE property management, a valid real estate license or CPM/RPA designation, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience.
• Active real estate license or CPM/RPA designation.
• Strong supervisory and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with CAM, leases, and operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial building staff in absence of PM/GM.
• Prepare leases abstracts and monthly rent rolls.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and requests for above-standard work.
• Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
• Assist in annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Ensure property files, COIs, and vendor contracts are up to date.
• Manage client and tenant communications and maintain service packages.
