Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Minneapolis properties, coordinate vendors, and manage tenant relations. The role supports leasing activities, budget oversight, and compliance with safety regulations to maximize occupancy and asset value.

The position emphasizes collaboration with leasing teams, budgeting, reporting, and capital projects, ensuring high service levels and tenant satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Budgeting knowledge and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Experience with vendor contracts and property operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned properties and ensure high-quality conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and capital projects.
• Conduct inspections and ensure timely maintenance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and lease compliance.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on renewals and occupancy goals.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and financial reports.
