CSM Corporation is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in Minneapolis, MN to oversee daily operations of multi-tenant properties, coordinate vendors, and manage tenant relations. You will help with budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy initiatives to maximize asset value.

Responsibilities include lease compliance, move-ins/outs, coordinating capital projects, and supporting leasing teams while upholding safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with budgeting basics.
• Excellent communication with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn property management software (Yardi or similar).
• Knowledge of market trends and applying insights to property strategies.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills.
• Commitment to customer service and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties and maintain high-quality conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and capital projects; identify potential new vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and partner with ProTech for maintenance issues.
• Assist with maintenance and tenant requests; implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to meet occupancy goals and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
