Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Property Manager in Austin, TX to oversee assigned portfolio operations, financial activities, and tenant/owner relationships. You will manage service contracts, tenant improvements, property inspections, and financial reporting to keep lease obligations on track.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial real estate, a valid real estate license, and experience with YARDI Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial real estate.
• Must hold a valid real estate license.
• Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Respond to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular ownership reports, budgets and other assigned reports.
• Manage administrative tasks: work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, and vendor compliance.
• Oversee property inspections and make recommendations for improvements.
