Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and property management duties for the industrial portfolio.
• Coordinate with asset management and brokerage teams to optimize leasing.
• Manage vendor contracts, capital projects, and operating expenses.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collections; prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with leases, insurance requirements, and codes.
