Job Title: Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing returns for our investors in accordance with the Company’s mission, vision, and objectives. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, critical thinker, and mathematically inclined, willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The role demands meeting deadlines with ease, working independently and efficiently, and possessing great communication skills along with meticulous record-keeping and efficient computer skills.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On Call

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management
