Role Description

The Commercial Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Farmington Hills & Bloomfield Hills MI. This role oversees the daily operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight. The Commercial Property Manager monitors property performance, prepares operating and capital budgets, and tracks expenses to support cash flow and asset value goals. Regular responsibilities include conducting property inspections, managing lease compliance, supporting lease negotiations, and ensuring timely resolution of tenant and facility issues. The role also collaborates with ownership and other stakeholders to implement operational improvements and uphold company standards for safety, appearance, and service.

• Strong lease-related skills, including Lease Administration and experience working with Leases in a commercial real estate environment.
• Experience with Lease Negotiations, including coordinating with tenants and brokers to support favorable and compliant lease terms.

• Demonstrated Property Management experience, including oversight of building operations, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
