Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Property Manager for a prestigious Charlotte commercial real estate firm. This role oversees all aspects of property management including operations, tenant engagement, vendor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and maximizing asset value.

Salary up to $110k annually plus bonus. Responsibilities include building client and tenant relationships, supervising staff, negotiating vendor contracts, and supporting leasing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client leadership teams, operational teams, and tenants.
• Lead property support staff by conducting regular meetings to review service expectations, brainstorm, and problem solve.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while addressing service requests and property issues.
• Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Review financial statements, approve invoices, and monitor property performance against budget.
• Manage CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, collections, and delinquency follow‑up.
• Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, and minor tenant improvement projects.
• Assist with leasing activities, lease negotiations, and property tours as needed.
