Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with monthly reporting
• Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Implement tenant satisfaction program and meet with tenants regularly
• Oversee competitive bidding for third-party services and ensure compliance with JLL standards
• Foster learning and professional development within the property team
• Manage other tasks to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances
