Job summary

CFS in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Commercial Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for our retail property portfolio. The role reports into our accounting team and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work on-site with some remote Fridays.

Responsibilities include AP processing, month-end close, bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis against budget, with a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with commercial retail properties.

• Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices.
• Managing month-end close for assigned entities, including GL accounting, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet schedules.
• Performing bank reconciliations and preparing/posting journal entries.
• Recording accruals and conducting balance sheet reviews.
• Analyzing monthly variances against budget and performing trend analysis.
