Job summary

Omari Construction Group – Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with 5-20+ years of experience to oversee complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

You'll mentor junior staff, collaborate with architects, engineers and inspectors, manage procurement and contracts, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-20+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk-management plans to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and company standards.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
