Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, architects and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling and contract management skills, plus the ability to read drawings and specifications. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction/project management experience.
• Experience managing projects through planning to closeout.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and contracts.
• Understanding of construction processes and documentation.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a Tulsa-based general contractor providing preconstruction, construction management, design-build and general contracting services on projects ranging from $200K to $70M+ across commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and other markets.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout
