Job summary

GPAC is recruiting for a growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor in Orlando, FL, seeking a Project Manager/Estimator who can combine estimating expertise with project leadership. You'll prepare bids, review plans, and manage projects from procurement to closeout, coordinating installers, subcontractors, and owners while maintaining excellent client service on diverse commercial projects.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial flooring estimating and/or project management.
• Knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering strong client service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Manage awarded projects including procurement, scheduling, budgets and documentation.
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GC's and owners.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing and closeout.
