Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
We are seeking a highly qualified Commercial Project Manager (PM) to join our Project Management team. The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Programs and is responsible for the management and execution of commercial ship repair projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value.
The PM serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for the overall financial, contractual, and operational performance of assigned projects. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and business acumen to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer and contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and successfully navigate project risks, scope changes, and customer expectations while maintaining project profitability and customer satisfaction.
The PM must establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, owners, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, and production personnel. Experience with contract administration, project controls, forecasting, scheduling, change management, and customer‑relationship management is essential. Experience in commercial ship repair, shipbuilding, industrial construction, marine services, or related industries is highly desirable.
$90,000-$130,000 annual salary to commensurate with experience.
