Job summary

Samuel James is seeking a Project Manager for a Raleigh, NC role with a leading employee-owned commercial general contractor. The PM will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial GC environments, with Procore and MS Project experience preferred. OSHA 30 is a plus, and the position offers an ESOP, strong benefits, and a clear path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or hospitality projects
• Strong with budgets, buyout, change orders and schedules
• Comfortable running OAC meetings and managing trade partners
• OSHA 30 preferred

They’re growing their Raleigh team and want a PM who can run projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, subcontractors and the client relationship.
