Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects in Charlotte from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own the schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, and overall project delivery for complex commercial builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC, experience in ground-up or renovations, and familiarity with Procore. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong PM experience with a commercial GC.
• Ground-up and/or complex renovation experience.
• Healthcare or other complex commercial project experience is a plus.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from start to finish.
• Own budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals & change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, clients & architects.
• Ensure projects stay safe, on schedule and within budget.
