Commercial Project Manager

Are you a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager, looking for major progression and lead a new division within a company and spearhead the growth into a new industry?

Do you have experience in Healthcare and complex commercial projects and looking to boost your experience with major projects in a company that rewards learning and training?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity for a project manager to join a leading general contractor where you will manage large and exciting projects in and around the Augusta region. Spearheading growth into new industries including healthcare and hospital projects, all while growing the team and progression into senior leadership.

This well-established company is a key player in the commercial construction market within Augusta. They pride themselves on the reputation they have built with key clients, focussing on safety, integrity and honesty. They operate across multiple industries and have growth on the horizon.

In this role you will be working out of their Augusta office, managing projects from start to finish, completing bids, managing budgets and schedules through understanding and reviewing drawings while communicating with all key stakeholders.

This role would suit a commercial project manager with medical and healthcare experience looking for growth and senior management opportunities.

The Role:

• Manage projects from cradle to grave


• Being able to submit bids, deal with project blueprints in order to create accurate budgets and schedules


• Consistently provide effective communication through all key stakeholders

The Person:

• Previous experience with being a commercial construction project manager


• Knowledge and understanding of healthcare and hospital projects


• Ability to deal with minor preconstruction responsibilities, such as bidding.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
