Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer for commercial construction projects in the north Denver metro area. This full-time role focuses on coordinating RFIs, submittals, and field documentation, supporting the project manager and superintendent on active projects.

You'll participate in job walks, manage logs, and ensure timely responses to the field and subcontractors. Strong organization and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project coordination role on commercial construction projects; GC experience preferred.
• Based in or open to working from the north Denver metro area.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFI and submittal process, keeping logs current and responses moving to the field and subcontractors.
• Participate in job walks and help the project team spot and resolve field issues early.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on documentation, schedule, and open items.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings.
• Support the project manager and superintendent with day-to-day administration across active projects.
