Job summary

Re:Build is seeking an experienced process excellence professional to transform commercial operations using Lean, AI, and well-documented processes. You’ll closely collaborate with the VP of GTM Operations and Enterprise Lean Team to identify gaps, design efficient workflows, and drive adoption across sales, business development, and deal execution.

You’ll deploy AI-powered tools and analytics to reduce manual effort, build standard work, and deliver role-specific training that sticks.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial operations, GTM operations, or process excellence.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, automation, AI-assisted analytics) in a commercial context.
• Lean methodologies applied in a commercial, non-manufacturing environment.
• Experience building SOPs and standard work documentation at organizational scale.
• Strong facilitation and training skills, with comfort delivering to mixed-experience audiences.
• Analytical fluency with data to diagnose process problems and measure improvement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial process gaps and design Lean-based workflows across sales, BD, and deal execution.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort in proposals, CRM hygiene, and documentation.
• Serve as the commercial team's go-to expert on practical AI applications and tools.
• Own governance and version control for standard work across the commercial organization.
• Lead organizational change for process transformation and adoption planning.
• Design and deliver modular training reinforcing adoption and ongoing touchpoints.
• Monitor alignment, diagnose drift, and close gaps with coaching and refresher interventions.
• Maintain an evolution log and run continuous improvement cadence reporting to GTM leadership.
