Re:Build is seeking an experienced process excellence practitioner to improve commercial processes using Lean and AI. You will partner with the VP of GTM Operations to identify gaps, design efficient workflows, and deploy AI-enabled tools to reduce manual tasks.

You'll lead standard work development, drive adoption across sales and deal execution, and build training programs that scale. This role sits at the intersection of Lean rigor, commercial strategy, and applied AI.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial or GTM operations, or process excellence.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools in commercial contexts.
• Applied Lean principles like value stream mapping and PDCA in non-manufacturing settings.
• Experience creating SOPs and standard work at scale.
• Strong facilitation, training, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with CRM, GTM tooling, and CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial process gaps across sales, business development, and deal execution, designing Lean workflows.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort in tasks like proposal generation, CRM hygiene, and documentation.
• Serve as the commercial team's go-to expert on practical AI applications, evaluating and recommending new tools as the landscape evolves.
• Own standard work and SOPs across the commercial organization, including governance, version control, and accessibility.
• Lead organizational change for process transformation — collaborator alignment, resistance management, and adoption planning.
• Design and deliver modular, role‑specific training that drives lasting adoption, reinforced through ongoing touchpoints.
• Monitor process alignment, diagnose drift, and close gaps through coaching and refresher interventions.
• Maintain a documented evolution log and run a formal continuous improvement cadence — process reviews, retrospectives, and data‑driven prioritization — reporting progress to the VP of GTM Operations.
