Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency with computers for inputting production data.

Responsibilities

• Machine Set-Up & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate folders, inserters, and printing presses.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects.
• Preventive Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Material Handling: Load paper stock, ink, and materials into machines.
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with bindery teams for timely completion.
• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols.
