Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial portfolio or loan underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial analysis and risk assessment of clients.
• Review and spread financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Underwrite, structure, and rate risk for credit requests.
• Prepare FACT sheets and credit approval documents.
• Ensure timely reviews and renewals of loans are re-documented.
• Monitor covenants and borrowing base certificates.
• Participate in on-site client visits when needed.
• Interpret credit bureau and public records reports.
• Assist in projects as needed.
