Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in the Atlanta area is seeking a Technical Service Manager, ChlorKing, to provide market-level technical leadership and customer support for ChlorKing commercial pool products and systems.

You will partner with Sales, develop local aftermarket strategies, recruit and train service providers, and resolve escalations for large Class A commercial pool projects while traveling with partners as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technical services, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Class A large commercial pools with hands-on work on commercial pool equipment.
• Experience supporting customers in field service, technical service, or field-management roles.
• Ability to plumb pipes larger than 6 inches and safely use common installation, diagnostic, and repair tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally, with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-specific aftermarket support strategies and recruit service providers.
• Train service providers on ChlorKing products, installation requirements, troubleshooting, water chemistry, and safety.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and control-system issues in large commercial pools.
• Support product testing, field validation, and collect actionable feedback for improvements.
• Travel with sales partners to meet customers and participate in trade shows and events.
