Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Commercial Pool Construction Crew Leader to manage on-site execution in Orlando, FL, with statewide travel.

You will lead crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors under the Lead Superintendent's direction. Ideal candidates have extensive formwork, rebar, concrete, and pool plumbing experience, strong reading of plans, and a proven safety record.

Responsibilities

• Convert superintendent directives into executable daily plans.
• Lead, train, and motivate crews; maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to support assigned scopes.
• Read and apply drawings, specs, and layout data.
• Oversee formwork installation; rebar placement/assembly; concrete placement/finishing; pool plumbing; equipment pad and piping installation.
