SPS PoolCare in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Commercial Pool Advisor who identifies, quotes, and closes repair and equipment upgrade opportunities, including maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service. You will partner with field technicians, service managers, and clients to assess commercial pool needs and deliver an exceptional in-person experience from quote to sold.

• 2+ years of outside sales or pool repair experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pool repair and equipment needs.
• Generate detailed repair quotes and present solutions to clients.
• Follow up on open estimates to close repair and upgrade opportunities.
• Partner with operations and technicians to ensure smooth job execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM of all quotes, communications, and outcomes.
• Proactively identify and pursue new repair opportunities within existing service customers.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient and performance-improving equipment options.
• Cloverleaf around current inspections to offer weekly maintenance services or repair inspections to neighboring houses.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals.
• Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.

Description

The Commercial Pool Advisor is responsible for identifying, quoting, and closing repair and equipment upgrade opportunities including new maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service.
