Job summary

Smart Pool Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Pool Advisor to identify, quote, and close repair and equipment upgrade opportunities, including weekly maintenance upsells, by partnering with field technicians and customers to assess pool needs and deliver an outstanding in-person experience from quote to sold.

You will conduct on-site visits, generate detailed quotes, follow up on estimates, and educate customers on energy-efficient options while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside sales or repair in the pool industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

The Pool Advisor is responsible for identifying, quoting, and closing repair and equipment upgrade opportunities including new maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service. This individual will partner closely with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs, recommend repair solutions, and deliver outstanding in person customer experience from quote to sold.
