Job summary

Marker Construction in Bellefontaine, OH seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with clients, project teams, and field operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of contracts, blueprints, and schedules; proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6; OSHA 30-hour certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Project Engineer or 5 years as a Project Superintendent with an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout.
• Lead collaborative project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, performance, and quality to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Develop scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Mentor project engineers and junior team members to support growth and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive solutions.
• Foster long-term client relationships and pursue opportunities for future work.
