Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate has at least four years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service, and is available for first-shift hours.

A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites. We offer a benefits package and a supportive dispatch team to ensure reliable field operations and customer

Qualifications

• Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver license with an insurable driving record.
• Verbal and written English literacy for field communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Diagnose and clear clogged lines via cable machines and camera inspections.
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems including pumps, fixtures and valves.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Submit service paperwork with a work summary after each appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within guidelines.
• Take on additional duties to support the department.

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a multi-state provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service and be available to work first-shift hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday


• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service


• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections


• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters


• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves


• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations


• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment


• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently


• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines


• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
