Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from kickoff through close out, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Track project costs against estimates and identify variances early.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and field teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
• Handle change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure work meets code requirements and quality standards.

About the Role

Smith Mechanical, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Plumbing Estimator and Project Manager who can own a project from bid to close out. In this hybrid role, you will prepare accurate estimates and bids, then carry those projects through execution while coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget.
