Job summary

Structured Trades is seeking a plumber to install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings. You will read blueprints, install piping, and ensure compliance with codes while maintaining quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include inspecting systems, measuring and cutting pipes, and using soldering and joining methods. A journeyman or apprentice license is required, along with ownership of basic hand tools and recent commercial project experience.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovation.
• Must have a current state-issued apprentice or journeyman plumbing license.
• Must have hand tools required for plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing and piping systems.
• Review blueprints and schematics for installations.
• Follow local and state plumbing codes.
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, fittings and fixtures with soldering/brazing techniques.
• Use hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade.
• Ensure installed pipes and systems pass inspections.
