Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Journeyman to expertly install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and mentor apprentices on safety and best practices.

This full-time on-site role requires a valid Journeyman license, 3–5 years of plumbing experience, and strong collaboration with project teams to keep systems running reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License / Certification or in process as required by local or state regulations.
• 3-5 years of experience as a plumber in construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to blueprints and building codes.
• Lead and supervise apprentices and helpers, providing guidance and training.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and compliance with safety regulations and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate plumbing work within schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
