Job summary

Mechanical & Plumbing Systems, LLC in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking motivated Apprentice Plumbers working toward a Texas Journeyman Plumber License. This hands-on role lets you learn from journeymen on commercial new construction and service projects, with a clear path to grow into a journeyman and field leader.

You will assist with underground rough-in, piping installs, and system commissioning, while following safety policies and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Texas Plumber’s Apprentice registration or Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited License.
• Commercial plumbing experience preferred; license path toward Journeyman.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in trenches.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen and foremen with installation of commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects.
• Support service, repair, and maintenance work on commercial plumbing systems.
• Learn to read construction drawings, specifications, and isometrics.
• Help with layout, excavation, pipe support and hanger installation.
