Job summary

Power Design Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to start a hands-on career path toward journeyman status.

You’ll work with a licensed Journeyman, receive on-the-job training, and participate in formal apprenticeship classes while contributing to multifamily and commercial installations. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn plumbing codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to register, enroll and participate in an apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a licensed Plumbing Journeyman and receive on-the-job training.
• Assist in performing multifamily and commercial plumbing installations.
• Learn and perform all scopes of large-scale projects, including water supply and drainage.
• Participate in an official apprenticeship program and attend classes as required.
