Cam-Ful Industries is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber with documented hands-on experience installing plumbing systems on active commercial or industrial construction projects. This position will work from plans and specifications to install piping, fixtures, equipment, supports, and related components while meeting safety, code, quality, and schedule requirements.
This is a field position for a plumber who can work productively as part of a crew, follow direction, solve routine installation problems, and complete assigned work correctly with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing piping, fixtures, equipment, supports, hangers, and related components.
- Work with domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, natural gas, and other plumbing systems based on project needs.
- Read and follow plumbing drawings, specifications, details, and instructions from field leadership.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, solder, braze, join, and install approved piping materials using the correct procedures and tools.
- Assist with layout, equipment setting, system testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and punch-list completion.
- Identify drawing conflicts, missing materials, unsafe conditions, or installation concerns and report them promptly.
- Maintain accurate, clean, and organized work areas and protect installed work and materials.
- Follow company safety policies, jobsite rules, plumbing codes, and quality requirements.
- Properly use and maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned property.
- Work cooperatively with foremen, helpers, apprentices, other trades, and project personnel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of documented hands-on commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
- Experience installing commercial piping systems, fixtures, supports, and related components.
- Ability to read basic plumbing plans, elevations, details, measurements, and specifications.
- Knowledge of common plumbing materials, fittings, tools, joining methods, and safe installation practices.
- Ability to perform construction work that includes lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and working in varying jobsite conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime when project schedules require it.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cast iron, copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, steel, or other commercial plumbing materials.
- Experience on large commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, industrial, or government projects.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
