Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Long Island is seeking an experienced Commercial New Construction Plumber to join our on-site team in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will install plumbing systems in commercial projects and work independently while maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

Applicants must hold a current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License and have at least two years of licensed experience in commercial new construction, with the ability to read blueprints and comply

Qualifications

• Current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required).
• Must have held your Tradesman or Journeyman license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience in commercial new construction plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
• Install fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment according to plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
