Qualifications

• Five+ years of FP&A, Marketing, Consulting, Economics or related experience required; chemical manufacturing/agriculture industry preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups); MS PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Planning process and annual customer planning activities.
• Perform customer-level analysis focusing on growth metrics and per-customer tracking.
• Co-create tools and processes with the Customer Excellence Team for Customer Battle Plans.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses to support marketing strategy and planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership showing program performance, pricing position, and share movement.
• Coordinate cross-functional analysis of purchase quantity, gross/net purchases, and profitability across the customer hierarchy.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Marketing to provide visibility and actionable recommendations to the field.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation and competitive analysis to support product positioning and launches.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing dynamics, generic entry timing, and competitor activity for strategic responses.
• Track post-launch performance against forecast and identify drivers of variances.
• Translate findings into concise recommendations for marketing leadership.
