Coordinate the procurement of alternative quotes and carrier options to retain existing insurance programs.
Analyze market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members.
Review existing policies and competing quotes to identify areas for improvement and evaluate options with sales team members and service representatives.
Negotiate competitive coverage and pricing options with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
Provide sales and customer service teammates with market information and insights.
Monitor, identify, and develop new methods, markets, and opportunities.
Review producer or account manager submissions for completeness and accuracy.
Determine appropriate insurance companies for account solicitation.
Identify new markets through research and begin contracting with insurance companies or brokers when approved by management.
Utilize and direct assistants in online rating and proposal creation.]
