Job description

Join to apply for the Commercial Pipefitter role at Marsden Services.

Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc., a Marsden Holding Company, is a Non-Union Mechanical Contractor currently seeking experienced Welder/Pipefitters.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in commercial welding and pipefitting. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including at heights above 20 feet. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Location: This role involves traveling across the Dayton and Cincinnati areas, with sites varying based on the job.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial welding and pipefitting
• VRF certification (preferred)
• Basic English proficiency for safety reasons
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Journeyman License (a plus)

General Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to lay out and fit pipe
• Welding skills in all positions and with various pipe materials
• Ability to sweat and braze copper
• Installation of hangers and supports
• Use of roll groove machine

Job Duties

• Cutting and threading pipe
• Bending pipe
• Testing piping systems for leaks
• Adhering to safety and company policies
• Performing additional duties as required
