Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in route sales or related field
• 2+ years in customer service, sales or hospitality
• Able to communicate clearly with clients
• Able to pass background and DOT drug screen
• DOT physical required (5-panel)

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients and address pest issues
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs
• Provide pest control inspections and treatments at client sites
• Respond promptly to client complaints and service requests
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and promote add‑on services
