Job summary

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Route Manager) to manage a dedicated route of commercial clients. The role involves delivering pest control and inspection services, building strong client relationships, and expanding accounts through referrals and add-on services.

A proactive, professional demeanor and the ability to work with a team are essential. You will drive a take-home service vehicle, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• 2+ years’ experience in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, or environmental services, OR 2+ years in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Attention to detail and high standards of work quality.
• Competitive approach to both individual and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients with professional, safe, and cordial service.
• Participate in training and certification programs to apply pest control knowledge.
• Partner with clients and technical staff to solve pest problems.
• Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to manage new or complex pests.
• Set up, monitor, and tear down equipment for installations and treatments.
• Respond quickly to client complaints and service requests.
• Drive a clean, organized service vehicle and maintain inventory.
