Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Route Technician to join our team in Provo, UT. You will manage a route of commercial clients, provide pest control and inspections, and build strong client relationships with a focus on reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, or environmental services.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related technologies.
• Able to pass background checks and meet DOT physical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients and resolve their pest issues.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
• Provide pest control and inspection services at client locations.
• Respond quickly to client complaints and service requests.
• Grow accounts by seeking referrals and offering add-on services.
