Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we will train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide pest protection on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn skills for customers.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Listen to customers and recommend effective solutions.
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior properties and perform prescribed actions.
• Document all service-related activities in handheld device.
