Rentokil North America is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management services for commercial clients. The role involves inspecting properties, applying approved products, and educating customers on prevention methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mon-Fri with required Saturdays availability.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to follow label instructions for mixing products.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (company covers).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties for signs of pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and post-treatment care.
• Provide guidance on reducing future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule/confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked.
• Comply with all regulations and safety protocols.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle with routine maintenance.
