Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform pest management for commercial properties, including inspections, treatments, and preventative guidance. You will communicate with clients and ensure safety standards are met in all activities.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Expect both indoor and outdoor work with PPE and safety training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and recipes on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and adhere to regulatory safety protocols.
