Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management services for commercial clients. Responsibilities include inspections, applying treatments, educating customers on prevention, and supporting sales opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a varied schedule including Saturdays. Strong communication and safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Basic math skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Follow instructions for mixing on product labels; licenses as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and maintain a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice to reduce the risk of future infestations and expand services to new customers.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current customers.
