Responsibilities

The Orkin Pro safely and professionally provides top-tier protection and service on a designated route. Your training starts with comprehensive, award-winning instruction to prepare you for daily operations, scheduling, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work to understand customer problems and resolve them effectively.

You will...

• Complete our award-winning training to learn necessary skills and knowledge
• Prioritize safety in all tasks
• Follow route and daily schedules within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Operate a company vehicle safely, maintaining cleanliness
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and colleagues
• Listen actively to customer needs, showing empathy, and recommend efficient, innovative solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind
• Inspect customer properties, with training provided
• Document all services accurately using provided handheld devices
